Hey all,
Are we going to have an opening reception Thursday? What if we could just have one reception during the CAM show since that's when more people will be there? We'll have more time to plug the party, it'll be on weekend day which draws more people, and we can save money.
What do u think? ;)

I think we should have the reception on Thursday the 28th.

reception 28th cleanup 29th.
I believe it is way important to be open during the CAM show. I will do what I can to help clean up on the following Sat. This offers a tremendous opportunity for our work to be viewed. IMO It would be crazy if we didn't stay open that evening.

So far:
Lindsey, Tim, Karen are for opening with CAM on 8/29.
Katie, Iva, Vickie are for closing the night before 8/28.
Hiroki is good either way but has plans for Labor Day-he'll postpone them pending group decision. He also wonders if cleaning will take more than one day.
Jessica has plans so won't be in town.
We need more votes, but right now, keeping the opening on Thursday 8/28 before CAM prevails.
Again...hoping more chime in and we can keep our show open until CAM opening.
