Labor Day Weekend Cleanup
Hey guys! I just want to let you know that i'll be out of town for Labor Day. If we decide to do the show reception that day, is there anyway I can help clean up that Tuesday or something?
Jessica, We are out of options. Cleanup can take place Friday, 8/29 with a Thursday, 8/28 opening. Or, it can take place Saturday, 8/30 with a Friday, 8/29 opening to coincide with CAM.
I do not want cleanup to fall to just a few people, so if the majority is unwilling or unable to commit to cleaning up on Saturday, the opening will take place Thurs 8/28 with a Fri 8/29 cleanup. Cleanup is non-negotiable-must be by Saturday 8/30 with gallery restored to perfection.
So far: Lindsey, Tim, Karen are for opening with CAM. Jessica, Iva, Vickie are for closing the night before. Hiroki is good either way but has plans for Labor Day-he'll postpone them pending group decision. We need more votes.
Because I'm out of town it will really fall to you all to restore the gallery...and so this is an important vote.
I do want to say the CAM opening will be very good traffic for the show--give it great visibility.

I am up for keeping it opening on thurs. closing on thurs. cleanup Fri.
I'd be willing to clean up on Saturday in order to keep the show open on the 29th.
